Emmanuel is the Vice President of Asset Management of the San Diego Housing Commission. He earned his MBA at San Diego State University and his MS in Executive Leadership from the University of California San Diego. He now fosters social and economic stability for vulnerable populations in the city through quality, affordable housing, opportunities for financial self-reliance, and homelessness solutions. He is excited to contribute to reducing the impacts of first- and secondhand smoke in real estate, particularly in low-income communities. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time at the beach or movies with family and friends.
