Irene is the Community Health Program Specialist and Local Lead Agency Project Director at the Health & Human Services Agency in San Diego County. She works with Maternal Child & Family Health Services and the Tobacco Control/Prevention Resource Program. With the Policy Center, Irene is looking forward to making the world a better place and taking care of the environment. When she has free time, you can find Irene gliding through the water on her kayak.
