Julio Garcia is the Government Affairs Manager for San Diego City Council District 9. In this role, he advises City Council President Sean Elo-Rivera about transportation and planning as well as shares City Council concerns with state and federal officials. Julio previously worked at the City Heights CDC, focusing on transportation and rental assistance. In his free time, you can find Julio bike riding, watching the Padres, soccer and MMA fights, or trying new local beers.
