Richard is the Director of the San Diego Chapter of the Sierra Club. He has worked for the San Diego Chapter since 2009, and he has volunteered with the Sierra Club at the state and national levels. One of the many campaigns the Sierra Club San Diego supports is Zero Waste and reducing plastic waste, which includes cigarette filters and other forms of commercial tobacco product waste.
