Tom is a Staff Attorney at the Public Health Law Center at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He earned his JD and PhD in Political Science at the University of Minnesota and was an associate attorney in Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath business litigation group. At the Public Health Law Center, Tom offers legal assistance about issues in commercial tobacco control to public health organizations, including the Policy Center.
