In May 2024, Amelia received her BS in Public Health from San Diego State University. She currently works as a Research Assistant at the Thirdhand Smoke Resource Center and the Center for Tobacco and the Environment. Amelia’s research background includes previous work with UC Davis on the Monitoring Milkweed-Monarch Interactions for Learning and Conservation Project in Davis, CA. Beyond research, she has valuable experience in Diabetes Prevention through her work with the J-Moss Foundation. She is passionate about public health and dedicated to making a positive impact through research and community engagement.
