Rachel is the Youth Community Outreach Coordinator for the La Jolla Tribal Tobacco Reduction Program. This program focuses on youth in the La Jolla Band of Luiseño Indians. Rachel is excited to work with the Center and Community Partners to discuss and gather insight and current information about tobacco policy in San Diego County as well as networking with the Tribal community. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, coaching high school golf, traveling, and spending time with her family.
